I 現在/一般に own a one-bed leasehold flat in London and I'm looking to take a two-month sabbatical to go travelling in July.

I'm planning to rent my flat out on Airbnb to 支払う/賃金 for my expenses abroad.

In reality, many people who let our their home for a short period of time won't even consider these 可能性のある 問題/発行するs, and most won't be calling up their 保険 provider, freeholder or mortgage 貸す人 to check either.
