広い地所 スパイ/執行官s and surveyors are 報告(する)/憶測ing that the usual spring bounce across the 所有物/資産/財産 market has failed to materialise.

Rising mortgage 率s appear to have stopped many 買い手s in their 跡をつけるs, によれば the 最新の 調査する by the 王室の 会・原則 of 借り切る/憲章d Surveyors (Rics).

The closely-watched 月毎の 調査する takes the 気温 of Rics members and gives a snapshot of what is happening on the ground in the 所有物/資産/財産 market across the country.

It said its members were seeing the 最近の 回復 in 買い手 需要・要求する stuttering わずかに. This comes at a time when mortgage 率s have been rising.

Cheryl La, a Rics member based in Wolverhampton said: 'The mortgage market is 原因(となる)ing havoc, creating 不安定 for the 買い手s and home movers.'

Andrew Wallis, a Rics member based on the 小島 Of Man 追加するd: '買い手s are still waiting for mortgage 率 削減(する)s and hence slow to commit now.'

However, the loss of 買い手 impetus is おもに concentrated in London and Southern parts of England, によれば Rics, where house prices are typically higher.

Tim Green, a Rics member based in South Oxfordshire said: 'We have seen a step backwards in market activity this month.

'The spring bounce was short lived and even if 処理/取引s continue, there has been no real catch-up in activity as hoped for .

David Robinson, a Rics member covering Cornwall West Devon and Torridge said: 'Much better level of 指示/教授/教育s and enquiries with better 天候, but a real 不足 of proceedable 買い手s. An actual 利益/興味 率 削減(する) would help.

And Jonathan King, a Rics member based in Swindon 追加するd: 'New 買い手 enquiries have slowed again after a 約束ing first 4半期/4分の1.'

Colin Townsend, a Rics member based in Malvern said: 'A lot more 所有物/資産/財産 is coming to the market so 買い手s now have much more choice but it's taking longer to agree 取引,協定s and much longer to 押し進める them through the 合法的な 過程. Prices seem static.'

House prices remain in the balance, but depend on where in the country someone is based.
