Furious BAE Systems pensioners say they have 苦しむd 強調する／ストレス and hardship 予定 to 激烈な 削減（する）s of up to 50 per cent in their 年金s after a bungled handover to a new 行政官／管理者.

No one had received any extra 年金, but the 失敗 to 解決する the mess 原因（となる）d last August meant 大規模な 税金 deductions began late last year.
One former BAE 従業員 whose 年金 was halved in December said he and his wife were left with very little money and the worry '廃虚d Christmas'.
Many felt it was a 'disgra ce' BAE's 年金 計画／陰謀 and its new 行政官／管理者 Mercer had told pensioners to sort out 税金 code problems direct with HMRC, 原因（となる）ing them その上の 失望／欲求不満 over long waits on its jammed phonelines.

The BAE Systems 年金 計画／陰謀 changed its 行政官／管理者 from Equiniti to Mercer on 1 August.
It says: 'We 心から apologise for the 混乱 and inconvenience 原因（となる）d to our pensioner members and want to 安心させる them that there is now a 解答 in place with HMRC and 最終的に any overpaid 税金 will be refunded.'
We asked the 計画／陰謀 if it had tried to help pensioners 苦しむing hardship or whether it would be making 補償（金） 支払い（額）s.?

一方／合間, Mercer has now sold its 年金 行政 商売／仕事. It 供給するd 年金 行政 services to the BAE 年金 計画／陰謀 up to and 含むing 31 December, and Aptia UK took over from 1 January 2024.

An HMRC spokesperson says: 'The 税金 collected for PAYE 顧客s is based on （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 供給するd by their 雇用者 or 年金 provider.

'絶対 disgraceful 顧客 service from BAE 年金s trustees'
This is Money has received a stream of messages from BAE pensioners about the 税金 debacle. They say:
- 解決するing the 税金 code 問題／発行する with HMRC was the 責任／義務 of the organisations 伴う／関わるd who failed to do their 職業 適切に, not individual pensioners.
- 年金s have been 劇的な 減ずるd and even halved in many 事例／患者s 予定 to incorrect 税金 deductions, which has 原因（となる）d hardship and 強調する／ストレス 特に over Christmas
- It was a 広大な／多数の／重要な struggle to 接触する HMRC, with long waits of over an hour to get through on the phone.
- Formal （民事の）告訴s and requests to Mercer have not been answered, and service by Mercer has been 意味ありげに poorer than by Equiniti, ーに関して／ーの点でs of answering the phone and 取引，協定ing with 行政 問題／発行するs aside from 税金 codes.
- Some BAE pensioners are in care homes which has 原因（となる）d 関心 about problems 支払う／賃金ing 料金s as a result of 予期しない 税金 deductions.
- Two people 老年の in their 80s 報告（する）／憶測 that they either struggle or are 完全に unable to go online, and have 設立する 取引，協定ing with the problems 原因（となる）d by the 税金 code error very stressful.
- One has lost their married couple's allowance as a result of the problem with their 税金 code.

'It might not seem a lot of money, but it is to us...' BAE pensioners tell their stories?
'This happened to me in December leaving me with only half my 年金 to 支払う／賃金 my 法案s and made sure myself and my wife had very little money for Christmas. My wife only has her 明言する／公表する 年金.
This was a 完全にする mess and the worry 廃虚d Christmas for myself and my wife. 非，不，無 of the parties 関心d wa s willing to 受託する 非難する or to willingly help in any way.
Between Mercer, Equiniti and the trustees, I feel that they were all trying to pin the 非難する on each other while the pensioners spent time and money trying to sort out the mess they made.
Whether this was 無資格／無能力 or ignorance, this should have been dealt with before the pensioners were made to 苦しむ the consequences.
After a かなりの 量 of time spent on the phone to [HMRC], I have managed to get my code altered to what I believe it should be.
Worryingly, I have recently received a letter from the trustees 明言する／公表するing that the trustees and Mercer have been in discussions with HMRC to update and 適用する reviewed codes for all pensioner members.
This, after leaving us to our own 装置s up to now. I am 関心d that this will mess up my 税金 code again.'

'I'm emailing for my wife. She has a BAE 年金 but since the handover to Mercer things have changed. 年金 was £ 105.52 月毎の. 年金 now £58.36 月毎の.
It might not seem a lot of money but it is to us. To make 事柄s more difficult my wife was 診断するd with Parkinson's and is off work.'

I've rang HMRC twice, which takes over an hour to get through to them.
HMRC have again changed my 税金 code to a K code now for my BAE 年金. I 港／避難所't had my 月毎の 支払う／賃金 since this has changed. So I cannot let you know if I'm worse off now. But it's still all so annoying and worrying.'

What does BAE Systems' 年金s say??
