A 68-year-old left almost £5,000 short after 存在 軍隊d to wait almost six months to receive his 明言する／公表する 年金 has been 申し込む／申し出d just £50 to say sorry.
It was only after This is Money stepped in that Merrick Ratcliffe got an 陳謝 and nearly £5,000 in arrears from the Department for Work and 年金s.
He also received a £50 special 支払い（額） to 認める the 延期する to getting his 年金 started - a sum he 解任するd as somewhere between 'derisory' and 'woeful' after his experiences.
The 兵たん業務 and 配当 行政官／管理者 from Norfolk had 延期するd taking his 明言する／公表する 年金 when he first reached 明言する／公表する 年金 age more than two years ago.

He says DWP staff 約束d a 経営者／支配人 would call him but this didn't happen, and wrongly told him a letter of entitlement had been produced but not 地位，任命するd, though he later learned this was still not ready.

He said he had 繰り返して asked the DWP for help, but had received no answers and was at a loss to know the 権利 questions to ask staff to get his 年金 支払い（額）s under way.
