利益/興味 率s have finally risen above 0.5 per cent for the first time in almost a 10年間.

The Bank of England has decided that the UK's economy is healthy enough for 率s to finally get above the 財政上の 危機 緊急 level, but was the 引き上げ(る) a wise move or a mistake?
