The 脅し of 消極的な 利益／興味 率s is ぼんやり現れるing large for savers.

This week, a 政府 社債 auction saw UK gilts sold at a 消極的な 率 for the first time, while Bank of England boss Andrew Bailey 辞退するd to 支配する out the base 率 flipping below 無.
