The （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 must do more to help Britain's 6m small 商売／仕事s with their 数字表示式の 技術s, says EMMA JONES

It’s the Autumn 声明 next week, and while it’s ‘not the 予算’, it’s going to be a 重要な moment for the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 to 始める，決める out the 経済的な 政策 that’s going to take us into an 選挙 year.

It’s a flashpoint that needs to 連合させる pragmatic 会計の flair with a feel-good factor.
And while the 声明 is 明確に not all about 商売／仕事, the UK’s entrepreneurs and six million small 商売／仕事s will be looking for at least a signal that the 政府 has got their 支援する.
It’s also 全世界の Entrepreneurship Week ? a chance to celebrate our nation’s self starters and all the 危険s they take in 追跡 of 商売／仕事.
A lot has happened since the last 声明, Insolvency Service data 解放（する）d in October 2023 showed companies going under 攻撃する，衝突する the highest levels since the 財政上の 衝突，墜落 of 2009.
A 重要な 6,342 companies were 登録（する）d as insolvent in the three months to the end of June, 10 per cent more compared to the same ４半期/4分の1 in 2022.

To do that we need a healthy pipeline of innovative 商売／仕事s to support 未来 経済成長, 増加する 革新 and 追加する 多様制 to the UK’s 商売／仕事 community.
We need to be ready to support 創立者s to develop the 技術s and to connect them with experienced 商売／仕事 助言者s and 助言者s who can guide based on their own life lessons and 旅行.
I wrote to the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 輪郭（を描く）ing how we think the 権利 条件s to build an ‘企業 nation’ could be 達成するd.?
We are willing to play our part in 供給するing a 壇・綱領・公約 that connects 商売／仕事s to a 十分な 範囲 of support that we みなす to be an 必須の 構成要素 in 達成するing 維持できる 商売／仕事 ? and therefore wider 経済的な?? growth.
One of the 重要な planks of our 推薦s was to 緊急に incentivise and 増加する tech 採択 to 上げる 生産性, competitiveness and resilience to 未来 shocks.
While the 政府's Help to Grow: 数字表示式の programme was の近くにd earlier this year, the problem it was trying to 取り組む has not gone away.

Our own 研究 設立する that if UK 輸出（する）s had 回復するd as 堅固に as Germany’s に引き続いて the pandemic, we would be 輸出（する）ing $111billion (£89.22billion) more than is 現在／一般に the 事例／患者.
An 輸出（する） 税金 Credit or 保証人／証拠物件 would 許す 商売／仕事s to （人命などを）奪う，主張する a credit on any money it spends in 追跡 of 輸出（する）ing activities.
正確に／まさに how the 輸出（する） 税金 Credit should work would need to be 協議するd on, but modelling it on 研究 and 開発 税金 Credits would be a sensible place to start. 商売／仕事s are already familiar with how this 作品, and it has proven a successful 介入 to date.
An 代案／選択肢 form of support could be to 裁判，公判 輸出（する） 保証人／証拠物件s, to subsidise the costs of 会社／堅いs that are looking to 輸出（する） for the first time. 保証人／証拠物件-style 計画／陰謀s are a ありふれた 介入, and also have 最近の precedent with regards to helping 商売／仕事s that 貿易（する）.
