There are many different 大勝するs to 基金ing a small 商売/仕事, from the 伝統的な bank 貸付金, to the 削減(する) and thrust world of 投機・賭ける 資本/首都 投資, or even using a trendy crowdfunding 壇・綱領・公約.?

But one way that many may not think of yet is becoming ますます popular - 特に those over 50 - is through their 年金 マリファナs.

This cohort, who have been dubbed 'olderpreneurs', are taking advantage of the ability to tap into their own 貯金 and the quirk where 税金-friendly 年金-led 基金ing can see any 利益/興味 paid on 貸付金s go 支援する into the 年金 基金.

Entrepreneurs over 50 have risen by more than 700,000 from 1.47million in September 2008 to almost 2.2million in December last year.?

A 2018 報告(する)/憶測 published by The 会議 of 私的な 商売/仕事 and Clifton 資産 管理/経営, 設立する that over a third (38 per cent) of 会議 商売/仕事 owners would consider using their 年金s as a 商売/仕事 基金ing source.?

If the 投機・賭ける does not 後継する, not only does the entrepreneur lose their 商売/仕事, but their 年金 also takes a 攻撃する,衝突する.

This may mean that many should only consider 年金-led 基金ing for part of their 商売/仕事 or when 伝統的な lending 選択s may be?制限するd.?

It is also an area where 信用d and 独立した・無所属 財政上の advice is 必須の, as there can be disreputable 会社/堅いs eager to encourage 潜在的に risky 決定/判定勝ち(する)s ーするために collect 料金s.??

This form of 財政/金融 is 特に 目的(とする)d at 商売/仕事 owners and directors, who have 蓄積するd 年金 基金s of more than £50,000 and need extra 基金ing for whatever 推論する/理由 to 支援する their own 商売/仕事.

Unlike 撤退s made under 年金s freedom, they don't need to be over 55 and should there be more than one owner director in the same 会社/堅い, the 年金 基金s can be amalgamated.

The 年金 マリファナ, or マリファナs, are usually placed into a small self-治めるd 計画/陰謀 (SSAS) which 許すs the owner to decide where their money is going to be 投資するd 経由で a 商業の 貸付金, と一緒に professional 財政上の advice and trustee 是認.

Using a SSAS 貸付金 to a sponsoring 雇用者?

Gary Smith, 財政上の planner at Tilney, explained that 貸付金s to a sponsoring 雇用者 can be made only if the に引き続いて 条件s are met:

The 量 of the 貸付金, together with 優れた 量s of any 存在するing 貸付金s to sponsoring 雇用者s, must not 越える half of the 逮捕する market value of the SSAS 基金 at the time the 貸付金 is made.

The 最小限 利益/興味 率 a SSAS may 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 is calculated at 1 per cent above the 普通の/平均(する) of the base lending 率s of six 主要な high street banks. Higher 率s may be 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d but only if the 条件 適用するd mirror a 商業の 貸付金 申し込む/申し出 and can be 証拠d.?

The 貸付金 must be 安全な・保証するd by a first 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 on a suitable 資産 of at least the 同等(の) value to the 貸付金 加える 利益/興味. The 資産 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d need not be owned by the borrower.?

A self-投資するd personal 年金 (SIPP) can also be used although this 大勝する is いっそう少なく ありふれた as the SIPP owner cannot make the 貸付金 to a 'connected' party.?

Instead, a SIPP owner can make an unlisted 株 投資 in the 商売/仕事 using their 年金 計画/陰謀 which would usually be a cumulative redeemable preference 株 投資 ーするために 保護する the return and to 確実にする a 機械装置 for the 返済 支援する to the SIPP.?

Unlike bank-sourced 基金ing, it is the owners of the 商売/仕事 and 基金s who decide whether the 危険s are 許容できる.?

There is also no need for personal 保証(人)s or 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s over 国内の 所有物/資産/財産 ? meaning you are not going to lose your home if you default.

支配する to 基金 size, there is no 最小限 age for the 基金s 存在 接近d.?

However, the 規模 of this 基金ing model 要求するs a 年金 マリファナ with a level of 成熟 that can support the 処理/取引.?Adam Tavener, chairman at Clifton 資産 管理/経営, recommends a マリファナ of at least £80,000.

He 追加するd: 'Under professional advice, owners can decide where 年金 基金s are 投資するd.?One approach is to take a 商業の 貸付金 from the 年金 基金 経由で a SSAS.

'This is a reasonably straightforward 過程 though there are a number of regulatory 事柄s that need to be met. For example, the 貸付金 cannot 越える 50 per cent of the 年金 基金's value.

However 商売/仕事 owners need to 確実にする that they are engaging the services of experienced and qualified 財政上の professionals to make sure they 従う with all 財政上の and 税金 規則s.?

Darren Philp, director of 政策 and communications at Smart 年金, said: '楽観主義 is a 重要な feature of the entrepreneurial mindset, but even the most ambitious self-starters need to be aware of the 危険s of putting all their eggs in one basket and relying 単独で on the 未来 success of their companies to be their 年金.'?
