地元のs in the Cardiff 郊外 of Gabalfa have put up a 警告 調印する after becoming 'fed up' with 乗り物s they 述べる as 危険に and 不法に left.

They say students from Cardiff 主要都市の University's Llandaff campus have been leaving their cars for two １０年間s but the disruption has got 'progressively worse' - making the area look like it has been 'turned into a car park'.?

She said: 'It's so dangerous - crossing the street is dangerous because you are having to step out の上に the road to see if a car is coming.
