A couple was 脅すd with (強制)執行官s over nearly £1,000 in 未払いの Ulez and Lez 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s which they were not 許すd to 控訴,上告 - even though TfL?said their cars 会合,会う 放出/発行s 基準s.

Iain ワット, 53, and his partner Tina Kilnan, 52, saw their TfL 自動車 支払う/賃金 account 攻撃する,衝突する with 多重の £12.50 Ulez 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s when 運動ing their compliant cars, a BMW X3 and a 小型の Cooper, in the 資本/首都.

The 運転者, from Wensleydale, Yorkshire, told MailOnline that the 脅しs of 負債 回復 活動/戦闘 原因(となる)d 苦悩s for him - and his lawyer branded the system as 有罪の until proven innocent.

Mr ワット's BMW was mistaken for a lorry when it was slapped with three separate £300 Low 放出/発行 Zone (Lez) 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s after 運動ing through?London in February.

The Lez is 適用するd to 激しい goods 乗り物s, buses and other large 乗り物s that do not 会合,会う 放出/発行s 基準s. Mr ワット's BMW is an SUV.

Mr had his 自動車-支払う/賃金 account cancelled after a 顧客 service told him to 取り消す the direct debit so incorrect 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s did not go out.

The driver said: 'We're essentially not using the cars in London because we can't be bothered with the admin.

'It's 衝撃d on our mobility and we're just waiting for this 負債 回復 notice so I can 控訴,上告 it. Every time I send an email asking for a review and not for generic letter I get a generic letter answering the wrong question.'

契約s and 操作/手術s 経営者/支配人 D. Milton told the 運転者 in a letter: 'The ULEZ 計画/陰謀 Order, which 輪郭(を描く)s how we must run the ULEZ, does not 容易にする the refund of daily ULEZ 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 支払い(額)s and it does not 供給する an 控訴,上告s 過程 for 運転者s to (人命などを)奪う,主張する a refund of daily 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 支払い(額)s.

'As this is the 事例/患者, we are only able to refund 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s from the time documentation was received to update the 同意/服従 of your 乗り物.

'As we received the documentation on 16/02/2024, no 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s have been incurred on your 自動車 支払う/賃金 service, therefore no refund is 予定.'

The couple were 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d the 料金s after 運動ing through London over several days in February in their two cars.?

'As soon as we I saw we had been incorrectly 法案d I flagged it straight away,' Mr ワット told MailOnline.

'They [TfL] told me first to 取り消す the direct debit on my 自動車 支払う/賃金 account, which I did, and 論争 the 処理/取引s online.'

The last £12.50 Ulez 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 was 課すd on 行方不明になる Kilnan's compliant 小型の Cooper for a 運動 on March 3 - after TfL were already aware it met 放出/発行s 基準s.

All the 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s have been 除去するd and his account has now been 反動的なd, so he can 正確に 支払う/賃金 the congestion 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金 when visiting central London.

The TfL 代表者/国会議員 told Mr ワット: 'Firstly, please 受託する my 陳謝s for the inconvenience this 事柄 has 原因(となる)d you. The 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s have been 適用するd in error and that our 扱うing of your follow up enquiries was far from suitable.

'I can 確認する that all the 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s will be credited to the account, the balance is 無 and the account will be 反動的なd in the next 24 hours. I have also updated all our 記録,記録的な/記録するs to 確認する that both the 乗り物s are compliant with the ULEZ.'

A spokesperson for TfL told MailOnline: 'We are very sorry for any 苦しめる that Iain ワット and Tina Kilnan experienced and for the way their 事例/患者 was 扱うd when they received 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s in error. Unfortunately one of their personalised numberplates was incorrectly 解釈する/通訳するd as a 非,不,無-compliant foreign 乗り物, and subsequently received LEZ and ULEZ 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s for three 旅行s in February 経由で 自動車 支払う/賃金.

'Their other 乗り物 also has a personalised numberplate, which was 以前 登録(する)d to a 非,不,無-compliant car and 正確に 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d 経由で 自動車 支払う/賃金 for 旅行s within the ULEZ. In October the numberplate was moved to a compliant 乗り物, and an 問題/発行する with the update of 記録,記録的な/記録するs meant that the compliant 乗り物 was incorrectly 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d for two 旅行s in the ULEZ in February.

'Our 記録,記録的な/記録するs are now fully updated for both 乗り物s and the 自動車 支払う/賃金 account has been 反動的なd. No 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s were taken, and the incorrect 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s on the 自動車 支払う/賃金 account have been (疑いを)晴らすd.'
