A computer engineer has 首尾よく 告訴するd a British car 売買業者 for £100,000 over the sale of a Ferrari 転換できる 以前は owned and 悪名高くも 衝突，墜落d by 首相 League legend Ian Wright.
Australian petrolhead Reid Torr paid £43,400 for the blue Ferrari 360 Spider in the belief it was in a good 条件, when in fact it had been in a high-profile 粉砕する while owned by the former England striker.
The car was shipped from England but when it arrived in Brisbane?it was 設立する to be in a 明言する／公表する of disrepair and 述べるd as a 'dog' which had been '貧しく 修理d' after a 前線-on 粉砕する.

The 裁判官 設立する that Mr Connor was 'liable in fraudulent misrepresentation' because he did not believe he was telling the truth when he 述べるd the car as 存在 in a good 条件.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard the car, which would have 小売d at £120,000 if new, had been owned by the former England and 兵器庫 星／主役にする and Match of the Day pundit.
However, it had 支えるd 厳しい 損失 when it was 衝突，墜落d into a tree in Ballard's Way, Croydon, with the former footballer at the wheel in July 2004.
The 事故, which was 報告（する）／憶測d in newspapers and later discussed by Wright himself on BBC's 最高の，を越す Gear, saw the Ferrari 辛うじて 行方不明になる a 列／漕ぐ／騒動 of houses as it careered into a tree and 負かす／撃墜する a bank.
Mr Torr bought the car after seeing an online advert for it 存在 sold by Hertfordshire company, Heathfield モーター Company Ltd, of which Mr Connor was the 単独の director, in April 2013.

It was also said to have been factory-fitted with Challenge Stradale bumpers and wheels, making it a 'very rare' example and therefore more 価値のある.
He agreed to the 購入（する） and it was shipped in May 2013, after which it was quickly realised it did not match up to his 期待s, his barrister Stephanie Jarron said.
The fit of the bonnet was so bad that an 試みる／企てる had been made to 直す／買収する，八百長をする it by 任命する／導入するing washers under a bonnet hinge, and there was also a 割れ目 to the inside of a headlight, she said.
The wings were 貧しく fitted, 示すing they had been 除去するd and 取って代わるd, and there was also 損失 to the paintwork, the soft 最高の，を越す roof and the underside of the car.
It was 述べるd by an Australian mechanic as a 'dog,' the barrister told the 裁判官.

Mr Torr 最初 告訴するd Heathfield モーター Company and was awarded over £70,000 損害賠償金, but re ceived nothing because the company was put into voluntary liquidation.
He then 告訴するd Mr Connor 本人自身で, 最初 安全な・保証するing victory when a 裁判官 in 2019 設立する Mr Connor had made 'fraudulent 代表s' about the 明言する／公表する of the car.
However, the 判決，裁定 was overturned on 控訴，上告, before going 支援する before 裁判官 Robertson in January for a 決定／判定勝ち（する） whether the 誤った 代表s were 'fraudulent'.
In his defence, Mr Connor 否定するd that he was in any way dishonest, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing that at the time he made the 代表s to Mr Torr, he believed they were true.
Giving judgment this week, the 裁判官 設立する that Mr Connor did not know about Ian Wright's 事故, because he would not やむを得ず have read articles about it and there was no 証拠 to 示唆する he is a 最高の，を越す Gear fan.
But, with a long career as an 自動推進の professional and a former mechanic, he would have known what to look for when he 検査／視察するd the 乗り物 before sale.
'It is, in my judgment, 信じられない that Mr Connor would not have seen at least some of the defects,' said the 裁判官.
'The misalignment of the bonnet was 明白に 明らかな from the 前線-end photograph on Brisbane ドッキングする／減らす／ドックに入れる. He must also have seen the scratches.
'The Ferrari had not been 回復するd 大幅に to its 条件 事前の to the 事故, so even though Mr Connor was not aware of the 事故, he knew that the Ferrari's 条件 was not "広大な／多数の／重要な", "excellent" and that it did not have "no 損失 to its 団体／死体".'
He went on to find that Mr Connor had 'no basis for believing' that the Ferrari had factory-fitted Challenge Stradale bumpers or wheels.
'Mr Torr's （人命などを）奪う，主張する on the dishonesty 問題／発行する 後継するs,' he 結論するd. 'Mr Connor made the 代表s without belief in their truth and therefore fraudulently.'
The 問題／発行する of 正確に／まさに how much in 損害賠償金 Mr Torr should receive from Mr Connor has not yet been decided.?
