Children's bedding that becomes mouldy because parents can't afford to put the heating on is one of the 問題／発行するs that has 誘発するd a new （選挙などの）運動をする 目的（とする）d at 取り組むing the millions of dangerous homes in England.

The （選挙などの）運動をする has been 開始する，打ち上げるd by a group of charities, calling for the number of what they have labelled 'dangerous homes' to be halved in the next １０年間.

Together, the charities are calling for the 政府 to 改善する the 質 of the country's worst homes - and in turn the health of those living in them.

The （選挙などの）運動をする carried out a 調査する of 2,098 people living in a mix of 所有物／資産／財産 任期s, 含むing social 住宅, 私的な rented homes and 個人として owned.

It 設立する that a total of 54 per cent of people say that it has become more difficult to keep their home warm during the past two years.

Many people have struggled to 支払う／賃金 their energy 法案s と一緒に other 世帯 costs during the cost of living 危機.?

At the same time, 39 per cent say that it has become more difficult to keep their home in a good 明言する／公表する of 修理.

And one in four people say it has become more difficult to keep their home 解放する／自由な from hazards and defects during the past two years.

Dr Carole Easton, of the Centre for Ageing Better, said: 'No one should have to live in a dangerous home that 損害賠償金 their health or the health of their family.

'Poor 質 住宅 is 厳しく 損失ing the health of millions of children, adults and pensioners - and incurring 抱擁する healthcare costs and putting enormous 緊張する on health services.

'Building new homes will not a dequately solve the problem because four in five homes that will 存在する in 2050 have already been built.?

'It is shocking that there is 事実上 no consideration of how we are going to 演説（する）／住所 the 質 of our homes and 妨げる （打撃，刑罰などを）与えるing その上の 害（を与える） on the health of the nation.'

For the first time since 2016, data by the Centre for Ageing Better 設立する that the number of 非，不，無-decent owner 占領するd homes has risen, with 2.2 million homes now defined as 危険な.

This is 二塁打 the number of 非，不，無-decent homes in the 私的な rented 部門.

A total of 21 per cent in the 私的な rented 部門 fail the decent homes 基準 compared to 14 per cent in the owner 占領するd 部門 and 10 per cent of socially rented homes.

As many as 14.4 per cent built between 1981 and 1990 are now classed as 非，不，無-decent. This is a higher 割合 than for 戦後の homes, built between 1945 and 1964, which are almost twice as old.

And 31.6 per cent of homes built before 1919 now 提起する／ポーズをとるs a health 危険 to its 居住（者）s.

Lynn Perry, of Barnardo's, said: 'Growing up in a 冷淡な, damp and 危険な home can have a 抱擁する and 継続している 衝撃 on a child's life.

'Our own 研究 showed that in the last 12 months, more than 200,000 families had seen their children's bed or bedding getting mouldy because they couldn't afford to put the heating on.

'This cannot be 権利. We need a かかわり合い from all 政党s to make sure every child grows up in a 安全な home.'
