The most expensive and cheapest places to buy or to rent in Britain have been 明らかにする／漏らすd.

Aberdeen 最高の，を越すs the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of the cheapest cities for first-time 買い手s, while the most expensive is perhaps no surprise, London, where 普通の／平均（する） prices tend to be higher than the 残り／休憩（する） of the country.

It is a 類似の picture for the most expensive places to rent, with the 資本／首都階級d 最高の，を越す of that 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） too.

On the flipside, tenants are also 要求するd to 長，率いる north if they want to live in the cheapest city to rent, Carlisle, in Cumbria.

The cheapest cities for first-time 買い手s and tenants have been identified by Rightmove

The 人物／姿／数字s were based on 月毎の mortgage and rent co sts.

Home 購入（する）人物／姿／数字s calculated by Rightmove assumed that first-time 買い手s in Scotland and むちの跡s have a 20 per cent deposit, and first-time 買い手s in England have a 25 per cent deposit.

The size of deposit was based on 普通の／平均（する）s from UK 財政／金融, which 明らかにする／漏らすd that more first-time 買い手s are choosing longer 返済条件 to 改善する their affordability.

The 普通の／平均（する） asking price in Aberdeen is ￡102,601, with the 普通の／平均（する）月毎の mortgage 支払い（額） at ￡406 a month.

The most expensive city is followed by Bradford with an 普通の／平均（する） asking price of ￡107,929 and Sunderland, which is 階級d third with an asking price of ￡111,263.

For those in the 賃貸しの market, the most expensive place to rent outside of London is Oxford, where an 普通の／平均（する） two-bedroom or small home costs ￡1,561 a month.

At the other end of the 規模, the cheapest city for a tenant who is looking for a two-bedroom or smaller 所有物／資産／財産 is Carlisle where such rents are ￡607 a month.

Mortgage 率s are わずかに higher than a year ago, but have stabilised since the 頂点（に達する） in July 2023.

Rightmove explained that this has helped those looking to move at the start of this y ear.

The 普通の／平均（する） mortgage 支払い（額） for a typical first-time 買い手 looking at a 所有物／資産／財産 with two bedrooms or いっそう少なく is ￡53 more than a year ago, compared to ￡81 for tenants.

It means that those who can afford to save a good sized deposit of at least 20 per cent, it is cheaper to 支払う／賃金 a 月毎の mortgage than rent in each of the largest cities in Britain.

This compares to a jump of 19 per cent in the cost of buying a 類似の type of 所有物／資産／財産.

Best mortgage 率s and how to find them

Mortgage 率s have risen 大幅に after the Bank of England's raised base 率速く.
