Always on top does not work for the main window, only the video window. An option to always have the main window in the tray would also be nice. So you can have it always on top, but not taking space in the taskbar. This is very useful when using the desktop video mode. Also the ability to set a lower opacity on the main window when not in focus would be very nice, like in winamp, and then turn it opaque when hovering over it.
