When trying to play .mkv files (h264) with embedded subtitles in BSplayer, the subtitles do not show up. Pressing "s" or right-clicking and selecting the "subtitles" option does not reveal any available subtitles, though the subtitles are detected and are playable with VLC player. Are there any solutions to this problem?

I have BSplayer PRO ver. 2.27.
