Sure you can.
Download and install MKV Toolnix. After installing, you hae a program named MKV merge. Run it and add into the main window the mkv file you want DTS to be aded. Now, on the second wndow you will see what's the file made of. In here, add the DTS you want and disable the streams you don't want.
