Control panel animation is choppy
 

I'm talking about the control panel that moves into view when you mouse over the bottom of the screen while playing a movie in full screen. Sometimes the animation is perfectly smooth, sometimes very choppy. No idea what's causing it to happen, it doesn't affect video playback or anything else, just the animation of the UI. This is with BSPlayer free, Win7, base skin.
