BUG REPORT: crash after pause/play
 

Everytime when I watch a film, I would pause with the spacebar, then resume after a few seconds.
Sometimes I need to rewind, so I use the LEFT arrow key to jog back, etc. Sometimes forwards using the RIGHT arrow key.

Then I get a crash.

NB: I always watch my movies on 95% speed. (using F6 key to slow rate down).

Same problem, using arrow keys many times causes crash eventually.

Any ideas would be appreciated because this problem hasn't been fixed for years.

Does that mean if we use the mouse and click on the gui then its fine???

early 2000 I found out about bsplayer because it was packaged with K-Lite Codec Pack. I loved bsplayer.
then around 2015 hated it when bsplayer kept crashing. So I changed to other players like smplayer, mpc and vlc.
But the other players have missing features. Now I come back to bsplayer and it seems to not crash anymore. now I love using bsplayer again :)

2020 and this issue still is not fixed. I keep coming back to BSPlayer from time to time, but everytime this ridiculous bug drives me away. Has the developer team even attempted to fix it? With quick browse I found dozens of reports about this.

tenho q vers?o free em outros dois computadores e abre sem problema,
comprei um computador novo e quando baixo a vers?o free n?o consigo abri mais nenhum v?deo, sempre da essa mensagem quando abro (esta vers?o do bs. player ? apenas para uso pessoal e n?o comercial. voc? n?o pode us?-lo para qualquer tipo de atividades comerciais.)
o mesmo v?deo consigo abri nos outros computadores.

Essa ? apenas uma mensagem de aviso e n?o muda a maneira como o BSPLayer funciona.
Por ser um computador novo, provavelmente tem windows10.Voc? instalou codecs do codecmanager?
Se sim, qual?
Caso contr?rio, instale filtros LAV e AC3Filter.
