ATI Hydravision Aplication Memory

Hi

I have a monitor and a TV connected. How do I set it so that BSPlayer always starts on the TV (monitor 2). I have tried the application memory settings and can set IE or other apps but BSPlayer does not appear (maybe becuase there is no winsows bar on it)
