DLL troubles with Wx and ActivePerl

Today I ran into a missing DLL issue when I tried to install the Wx package via ActivePerl's package manager, ppm. Uninstalling Alien-wxWidgets 0.48 and reinstalling Alien-wxWidgets 0.39 from the wxperl repository fixed this issue.
