[Mplayer-users] Half screen at playing DVD files

Hi

mplayer (o.17a) works very well on my machine (great tool!). However at playing 
the .vob files from the ELO DVD (from DVD and HDD), I get only a picture of top 
half screen, which has some flickering (interlacing??) in it. I.e. the picture 
is more or less visible, but has some lines through it. Sound seems ok.
A test with another .vob file from Sony demo CD, gave me good picture.
Any ideas?
