It's not scaled, omly changes d_height and d_width value, if output plugin 
uses those values is another question. Basically this is a bug and should be 
fixed, cause those values should only be used for -x -y and so on other 
things have tobe done by vo. (But it could break vo's that depend on it, so 
it has to be changed carefully).
