For the Dock (the thing down there) you can use ObjectDock or there are other dock applications that are free. Use Rainlendar for the calendar ...

I downloaded it but the title bars on the windows are still the XP blue windows and not the silver osx windows.

That is one misleading screenshot. Because what this theme actually does not include is those macintosh windows, the toolbar at the bottom, or the iTunes skin for AstAmp.
If I did something wrong, please correct me, because as far as I know the actual theme is nothing like that screenshot.

Hy guys! All stuff the author has used is shown on the screenshot! I'd recommend to use Styler for skining windows and windows' toolbar. Player on the screen is not an AstAmp.

Ok peolpes, a few things to keep in mind...
1) You need other software (objectbar,objectdock,styler,etc) to make it look like this screenshot BUT this skin does most of it.
2) You need to replace your icons using an icon manager
