This theme never flickers (if toolbars and Skin-clock calendar are hidden). 'RU' folder contains Russian 'Start' button.

You'd probably like to say "IT ISN'T a very good theme", wouldn't you?
O'K, I don't think this theme to be perfect.
It is intended for saving RAM and improvement of computer's performance. Theme's aesthetics is less important.
Nevertheless, if you turn off all the 'XP adornments like styles, shadows, etc., the theme will suit standard flat Windows interface.
And multiline taskbar looks rather satisfactory.
Aston's checkbox "No bevels on tasks" should be checked.

I am sorry for bothering you, but I can not open the theme - I don't know, how to open the .aty file...:-( Thank you for your help, great theme!:-)

To Kali Perhaps you mean .ATZ file, don't you? Use WinZIP or anything similar to look it through. Or double-click to install.
