Description: The AstonCmd is a popup command line. It will let you type apps, documents, folder names, urls, etc an execute them. AstonCmd has history, auto-completion, transparency (Win-2000 and Win-XP ).

I like it for the most part, my only problem is that it wasnt dockable so that it would shrink your windows down a bit and reserve its own space. Also, I agree with 'FatLenny' would be nice to be able to change its skin.

very useful plug-in. I find if you place it up in the upper left corner, when its minimized it never interferes with anything else I'm doing

I've been using this for what seems like forever. Nice and non-intrusive. It changes with the colors of my themes so I don't know what they're talking about. Set transparency so that it's translucent (I use 25%) and double click to shrink it down and it's just a tiny little box. I keep it in the top left corner of the screen and it works fine and never gets in the way.
There is greatness in simplicity.

great tool! The transparency can be used to overlay the input edit box over my theme's top menu bar (theme is Insignia), very nice!
