SHIPPING RATES:
Standard US Shipping:
Standard (3-5 Business Days) shipping is our most basic option, and is a flat rate of
$4.99. We offer free shipping on inkjet cartridge orders over $99.00 shipping to
the US. We ship using USPS and UPS, at our discretion. Depending on the size and
weight of the package USPS orders will be shipped either First Class or Priority
Mail, or UPS Ground. All orders paid by credit card and without address errors can be expected to ship within 24 hours.
Second-Day US Delivery:
UPS Second Day Air Delivery is $12.99 for US only. Some orders may cost more, you will be contacted with the price difference prior to processing your payment. All orders paid by credit card and without address errors can be expected to ship within 24 hours. Same day shipping for UPS Second Day orders available if the order is placed before 4PM EST.
Next-Day Delivery :
UPS Next Day Air Delivery is $25.99 for US inkjet orders. Some orders may cost more, you will be contacted with the price difference prior to processing your payment. Same day shipping for UPS Next-Day orders available if the order is placed before 4PM EST.
NOTE: Currently the following item will require extra postage fees if shipped UPS Second-Day:
Sku: Wallm165, "Universal Plasma/LCD TV Wall Mount for 30 - 63 in. TVs"
due to its size/weight. Customers will be notified of the additional shipping charge prior to shipping the order of charging the card.
Canadian Orders:
All Canadian orders are shipped via International Air Mail USPS. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package. Most orders will ship for $6.99. Customers will be contacted via email if there is a difference in the shipping costs. All Canadian packages are shipped at the customer's risk. Please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
- All orders are subject to verification.
- Most credit card orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- We do ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO address at the customer's risk.
- Your order will be delayed if an incorrect billing address is supplied.
- Personal check orders will be shipped once the check has cleared. Please note this may take up to 5 business days.
- All orders shipping to an address different than the billing address are subject to further verification. All orders over $100.00 must ship to a verified billing address or a shipping address that is on file with the credit card company.
- We do not ship partial orders. All orders will be shipped in their entirety when the all the items are available.
- Orders shipped should arrive within 4-7 business days. However, it is our policy to allow 15 business days for USPS deliveries.
- To cancel an order please email: esales@abacus24-7.com from the email that was entered with your order.
- Orders returned with address insufficiencies will incur additional shipping costs.
