David
M. Ritz, Chairman and Director
David
Ritz is also the CEO of Ritz Camera & Image
and its group of affiliated companies. In 1978,
David assumed the role of President, beginning
a period notable as Ritz Camera's greatest time
of expansion. Under David's leadership, Ritz Camera
Centers enjoys the recognition of being one of
the largest specialty camera store chains in the
United States. David is a past president of PMA
International and a PMA “Hall of Fame Award”
recipient.
Fred
H. Lerner, President & CEO
Fred
Lerner is the Ritz Interactive President, CEO,
co-founder and member of the Board of Directors.
Starting
at Berkey Photo, Fred turned his childhood hobby
of photography into a successful career spanning
over 30 years.
In
1977, Fred founded California-based Lerner Processing
Labs, a wholesale photofinishing company servicing
camera stores, which he sold to Qualex (Eastman
Kodak) in 1992. For the next seven years, he served
as President and CEO of Kodak Processing Labs.
In Australia, Fred co-founded Rabbit Photo, Metro
Photo and digitalMAX.
Fred
is Past President of Photo Marketing Association
International, (PMAI), and now serves on their
Board of Directors. PMA represents 20,000 members
in 100-plus countries who actively contribute
to the expanding $83 billion imaging industry.
Fred
also serves on Board of The International Photographic
Council and in 2010 was inducted into the Hall
of Fame. IPC is an organization of the United
Nations. It is dedicated to increasing worldwide
recognition of photography as a universal means
of communication through the adoption of a motto,
"Peace through understanding, Understanding
through Photography, the Universal Language."
Fred
graduated from Brooklyn College of the City University
of New York. He also attended graduate studies
at Indiana University, New York University and
California State University. Fred fondly remembers
his past activities as an Eagle Scout and a ham
radio operator, "the forerunner to the Internet."
Ted
E. McGrath, Jr., Director
Ted
McGrath was formerly President of Fuji Photo Imaging
Group, Executive Vice President of Fuji Photo Film
USA, Inc., and a member of Fujifilm’s board
of directors. Prior to that, Ted was Eastman Kodak's
General Manager, U.S. Sales and Vice President, Consumer
Imaging.
Greg
Norman, Director
Greg
Norman, legendary golfer, entrepreneur and avid boater/angler
is not only a Ritz Interactive board member; he also
serves as company advisor and spokesman. The World
Golf Hall of Famer and two-time British Open Winner
is the first person in PGA history to surpass $10
million in career earnings. Nicknamed "The Great
White Shark" by a reporter when he was leading
the 1981 Masters after the first round, Greg has won
a total of 86 professional tournaments, including
20 PGA Tour victories and 66 international events,
since beginning his pro golf career in 1976.
He
has also achieved incredible success in the business
world. Greg’s corporation, Great White Shark
Enterprises, is an international conglomerate that
grosses more than $200 million annually. The company's
holdings include a number of successful ecommerce
websites, managed by Ritz Interactive.
Gary
L. Kramer, CPA
Gary
Kramer has been a Certified Public Accountant for
over thirty years. For the last sixteen years he has
been Managing Partner of Kramer
& Olsen Accountancy Corporation, a CPA firm located
in Santa Ana, California.
Gary
is a California native. His early career included
five years with a small, closely-held corporation
and two years with a large international accounting
firm.
He
served for many years on the California Society of
Certified Public Accountants Committee for Management
of Accounting Practices, and has been a presenter
at many of the organization’s continuing education
programs. Gary has also served for twelve years on
the Board of Directors for Heritage Pointe, a home
for seniors. Currently, he is a board member of both
the Jewish Federation of Orange County and the Federation’s
Community Foundation.
Oscar
B. (Bud) Marx III
Bud
Marx is currently Chairman of the Board for Amerigon
Incorporated, a NASDAQ-listed company. Prior to that
he held several positions including President and
CEO, TMW Enterprises; Chairman of Board, GT Automotive
and President, and CEO Electro-Wire Products Inc.
Bud
spent the previous 32 years at Ford Motor Company,
serving as: Vice President, Automotive Components
Group,: Executive Director, Diversified Products Group
Chief of staff for the Executive Vice President Diversified
Products Group; President & General Manager, Ford
of Mexico; and CFO, Ford Europe.
He
also serves on the board of Parametric Technology
Corporation (NASDAQ) and TESMA International Inc.
(NASDAQ, TSE). Bud graduated from Princeton University
and earned an MBA in Finance at Northwestern University.
James Joaquin
James
Joaquin is the co-founder and former CEO of Ofoto,
Inc. one of the world’s leading online imaging
websites which was acquired by The Eastman Kodak Company.
Prior to that, he cofounded When.com, a free Internet
calendar and events service which was acquired by
AOL.
James
has also held executive positions at Activesite, an
Internet development firm focused on highly interactive
Web sites designed to gather customer data, facilitate
online transactions, and provide customer support,
Diamond Multimedia, and Apple Computer.
Mr.
Joaquin co-founded his first software company, Clearview
Software, while studying Computer Science at Brown
University.
William
A. Roskin
William
Roskin was named Executive Vice President, Human Resources
and Administration of Viacom Inc. in November 2004.
Before joining that company in 1988, he was Senior
Vice President, Human Resources at Coleco Industries,
Inc. Previously, Bill spent 10 years with Warner Communications
Inc, as Vice President, Industrial and Labor Relations,
and also served as General Counsel to the City of
New York's Department of Personnel and City Civil
Service Commission. Prior to that, he was Senior Attorney
for RCA Global Communications, Inc.
Bill
earned his LL.M. (Labor Law) degree from New York
University's School of Law in 1968 and his LL.B. in
1966 from St. John's University School of Law. He
received a B.B.A. from the City College of New York
in 1963.
