Acknowledging your Google Grants award
We appreciate your interest in acknowledging your Google Grants award on your website and/or other programme materials related to your organisation.
You may include us (Google Inc.) on your in-kind donor list and/or display the Google logo.
If you have an acknowledgments page on your website, you may use one of the following text variations with or without the Google name or logo:
Option One:
[Organisation name] is a recipient of a Google Grants award.
The Google Grants programme supports organisations that share Google's philosophy of community service to help the world in areas such as science and technology, education, global public health, the environment, youth advocacy and the arts.
Designed for registered non-profit organisations, Google Grants is a unique in-kind advertising programme that harnesses the power of Google AdWords, Google's flagship advertising product. Google Grants has awarded free AdWords advertising to thousands of non-profit groups whose missions range from animal welfare to literacy, from supporting homeless children to promoting HIV education.
Option two:
On [date on which your grant was awarded], [Organisation's name] was awarded a Google Grant for free Google AdWords advertising. [Organisation name]'s ads are displayed alongside related search results on Google.co.uk and when people click the ad, they are taken to [Organisation name]'s homepage. The Google Grant award has helped [Organisation name] spread its message of [Organisation mission] to the public and inform, engage and connect with its constituents.
