How do I get Baxter a check-up … who do I contact for service?

Answer: Service is provided via our Distributor Partner network – simply contact your regional distributor for fast and reliable support.


How long does it usually take to repair Baxter?

Answer: With our modular design, we are able to quickly swap our key components at your site. We first try to troubleshoot any issues with your staff so if a technician visit is required, we can arrive with the proper parts. With our regional Distributor Partners, our goal is to have a technician on-site within two working days, and get your Baxter back into operation within two hours of their arrival.


What warranties and service plans do you offer?

Answer: All Baxter robots for manufacturing come with a one-year warranty covering parts and labor as well as product upgrades and phone support.
