Trying to reach me about something? Here’s how! Some things to know:

• Mail that isn’t about a technical issue or business may get posted to the blog unless you specifically ask otherwise.

• If you’re writing to me because of a school assignment, you should be aware that I often do not have time to do interviews for these. In particular, I might not be able to turn it around in time for your deadline! I have posted up several in the past on the blog, if that helps.

• I take on a very limited number of consultancy opportunities, primarily as an executive-level consultant on product design and strategy.
