Using Emotes : GW Guide Discussion

I just bought Nightfall and am hooked. However, I still have not figured out how to use the emotes. I can type in certain emotes to make my P/N dance, sit, etc. but I can't seem to get him to shoo those freak'n flamingos away. How do you use the commands on another character?

Walk up to bird. in "all" type /shoo birds will run from you... dont even have to retype it.... just go up behind next set... you'lll still be shooing.
