The last "major" release of UNIX for the 3B platform that we know of was 3.2.3, and though there have been noises about 4.0 being available, we don't have a copy.
But AT&T did have a set of updates for 3.2.3 that came on six floppy disks: we have them here. Each disk is a literal copy of a 720kb floppy, and each should be put into the media with the command:
# dd if=part1 of=/dev/rdiskette bs=9b
We're looking into just what this update contains.
