SVCD is short of Super Video Compact
Disc. With one more word Super than VCD. SVCD does appear
more powerful than vcd in relative technology they applied
to image quality, language functions, etc. SVCD is developed
by China Recording Standards Committee to enhance the
independence of China's software industry as well as to
reduce the cost of DVD and its license fee, etc. svcd also
has its advantages over DVD, such as better offer, more
easily manufactured on the basis of VCD, more suitable for
common television as well as wider source of program.
Zune is the name of both services that
obtain and share the media content and a brand of Portable
Media Player developed by Microsoft like iPod of Apple Inc.
Xbox is a video game console competing
intensely with the Nintendo GameCube/Wii or Sony's
PlayStation/(PS2/PS3).Microsoft has published versions
Xenon, Xbox 2, Xbox FS, Xbox Next, or NextBox, XBOX 360 (HD
resolution, high-definition).
To play svcd on Zune / Xbox, please convert it to
wmv first on PC. Install the a dvd player such as PowerDVD Player or WinDVD Player for the
SVCD decoder. Windows VISTA has bundled SVCD decoder.
Download
Zune Xbox Converter to
convert SVCD to Zune/Xbox. Please insert a SVCD into the
CD/DVD drive, browse the folder MPEG2 in the disk. There are
some SVCD files named MUSIC01.MPG, MUSIC02.MPG or

play all formats that supported by MPEG4. Besides, owing to
high compression rate and fine image quality, it also
becomes a quite popular format on network.
To play 3IVX on Zune/Xbox,
please install
3ivx codec filter for it to wmv on PC. 3ivx is only codec, it can be
contained in *.avi, *.mp4, *.ogm, *.mkv file extension etc.
Then convert a 3ivx file for 3ivx to wma in the video
