RMI refers to RIFF-RMID File Format used
on Microsoft Windows. RMI is the extension of RMID file,
which is simply a format of a standard MID File wrapped in a
RIFF chunk. The only difference between rmi and mid is that
rmi adds head information before mid file. In other words,
rmi equals mid format. WMA is Windows Media Audio. WMA is a
new audio format developed by Microsoft well known as MP3.
With a higher rate in files compression and better sound
quality than the latter, even far beyond those of RA.

CDG is the shortage of Compact Disc
Graphics which is an old disk format. From the name it
presents, we could find that CDG is a special audio compact
disc that adds static graphics data to the disc. Actually,
graph on CDG is usually ignored both for there being no
influence on playing music and for needing add special CD
System if the graph needs to be displayed. So, CD-G is not
so popularly used and it is mainly applied to Karaoke. CDG
or BIN is CD+G karaoke file extension.
