Enable dark mode in New Yahoo Mail

Reduce eye strain and enjoy a more visually appealing interface by enabling Dark Mode in New Yahoo Mail. If you choose to enable the automatic setting, it will change depending on the the time of day and your device settings. If you select "dark" or "light" only, then your mail will always show up that way unless you change it in the future.

  1. Click the More options icon Image of the More options icon in Mail. | select Settings Image of the Settings icon in Mail..
  2. Click Appearance.
  3. Under "Light/Dark mode" select the option you prefer, Light, Dark, or Automatic.
  4. Refresh your mailbox for the change to take place.
