From a desktop or mobile web browser:

1. Hover your mouse over the Yahoo or Profile icon in the upper right.
2. Under "Storage" is the amount of storage you are using.

From the Yahoo Mail app:

1. Tap the Yahoo or Profile icon in the upper left.
2. Next to "Storage" is the amount of storage you are using.
