銀行業者s must 返す their 負債 to Britain

This week is 推定する／予想するd to bring news that Britain's five biggest banks are 支援する in the 黒人／ボイコット, with 分析家s 予報するing six-月毎の 利益（をあげる）s of £8.4billion.

Of course, this would not have been possible without the countless billions of 税金 payers' money which have been pumped into the banking system.

Yet, far from 捜し出すing to 返す those who 保釈（金）d them out, the banks continue to 扱う／治療する the public with utter disdain.

証言，証人／目撃する how house prices are 落ちるing as the banks? -? two of which continue to be part-owned by the taxpayer? -? 削減（する） off the 供給（する） of mortgages.

Or how 商売／仕事 lending has dropped by £46billion in the last year as loyal 顧客s 適用するing for 貸付金s are 拒絶するd in their thousands by computer-生成するd letters.

As George Osborne 観察するd yesterday: 'every small and medium-sized company I have visited in 最近の weeks has had some problem with their bank? -? either they have 設立する it difficult to 新たにする their overdraft or they 需要・要求するd 付加 collateral, often someone's house.'

The banks 申し込む／申し出 the excuse that they need to 再構築する balance sheets decimated by the credit crunch (a 危機 誘発するd, let's remember, by their own orgy of 無謀な lending).

But that does not 妨げる them from 支払う／賃金ing out billions in 特別手当s and 株主 （株主への）配当s? -? some of which could instead be lent to small and medium-sized 商売／仕事s 猛烈に 捜し出すing 接近 to working 資本／首都.

The 薬／医学s 備蓄（する）d by the 政府? -? the 広大な 本体，大部分／ばら積みの o f them 未使用の? -? 妨げるd as few as 26 deaths, at an 同等（の） cost of £46million each.

How galling this must be to the thousands of 癌 患者s routinely 否定するd 接近 to life-長引かせるing 麻薬s, on the grounds they are not 'cost 効果的な'.


国境 madness
