Chillingly, the 発言する／表明する on the tape appeared to be that of ‘Jihadi John’, the still 身元不明の British テロリスト who also 虐殺（する）d James Foley in 同一の circumstances last month.

At the end of the repugnant ビデオ, in which the fanatic 布告するs ‘I’m 支援する’, a British 人質 is pictured on his 膝s と一緒に the 殺し屋, bound and dressed in an orange jumpsuit, with the horrific 関わりあい／含蓄 he may be next.

Last night, a shocked David Cameron 非難するd the 記録，記録的な／記録するing as ‘an 絶対 disgusting and despicable 行為／法令／行動する’. In 表明するing his revulsion, he plainly spoke for the entire nation and the Mail does not for one moment 疑問 his 解決する.

But, however 決定するd he may be to 戦闘 this insidious 脅し, the 総理大臣’s 戦略 for 取り組むing the IS danger to Britain is yet to match the rhetoric, and the new 力／強力にするs he 約束d already appear to be in 混乱.

Not only is the 計画（する） to stop British-born jihadis re-entering the country 存在 resisted by his 自由主義の 民主党員 連合 partners, on the grounds it would （判決などを）下す them stateless.

It almost certainly 侮辱する／軽蔑するs Britain’s human 権利s 義務s and appears to have been 簡潔な／要約するd to the マスコミ before anybody checked it would be 合法的に possible.

一方／合間, it has been 非難するd by ex-Director of Public 起訴s Ken Macdonald, who said: ‘It’s 安全 政策 by 告示, an incredibly shallow 返答 to a deadly serious problem.’

Last night, まっただ中に an 激しい抗議 from a British family 法廷，裁判所 裁判官 and the 総理大臣 and his 副, the bureaucrats finally went into 退却／保養地, cancelling the European 逮捕（する） 令状 and 許すing the 当局 in Madrid to 再会させる the boy with his mother and father.

Yet 非，不，無 of the hospital, 検察官，検事s or police has apologised to the family for 支配するing it to a harrowing ordeal which is surely every parent’s worst nightmare.

Nor, we 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う, are they likely to.

For, in the rarefied world 住むd by the upper echelons of the NHS, police and social services, no one ever takes the 非難する and all that 事柄s is that ‘訂正する 手続きs were followed’.
