The one lesson I’ve learned from life: English TV personality Scarlett Moffatt, 31, says don't let 団体/死体 恐れるs 持つ/拘留する you 支援する
- Scarlett Moffatt, 31, says she was 確信して with her 団体/死体 before Gogglebox?
- English TV personality says that we shouldn't let 団体/死体 恐れるs 持つ/拘留する us 支援する
- She still has days where she wobbles over her looks but won't let trolls get to her?
Scarlett Moffatt, 31, rose to fame on Channel 4’s Gogglebox, before going on to 勝利,勝つ I’m A Celebrity in 2016. She lives in 郡 Durham with partner Scott.
Before I did Gogglebox I was 確信して with my 団体/死体. I was surrounded by wonderful friends and family and never felt 圧力 to look a 確かな way. I just lived my best life.?
But when I went on the show, I was catapulted into this world where people had an opinion on my 外見. I’d hear phrases like, ‘Oh, she has hip 下落するs,’ and I didn’t even know what that meant [it’s when there’s an indent after your hip and before your thigh begins]. So I started sitting on the 辛勝する/優位 of the couch so that I was upright, or I would use a cushion to cover my 団体/死体.?
The worst was when I went to Las Vegas with friends five years ago but didn’t go?to the pool party. I remember trying to 人物/姿/数字 out how to walk to the pool in a kaftan and get in without showing my 団体/死体. 結局, I said I didn’t feel 井戸/弁護士席 and went 支援する to my room.?

I (機の)カム home and thought: ‘God, am I going to 行方不明になる out on things because I care so much about the opinions of other people?’ I wrote 負かす/撃墜する everything I’d 行方不明になるd out on because I’d say: ‘I’ll go there when I’ve lost some 負わせる.’ Now I think: ‘What an 絶対の idiot!’?
So when I went to Antigua with my boyfriend two years ago, I wore a bikini for the first time and didn’t cover myself up. I was like: ‘This is my 団体/死体.’?
I have a wonderful 関係 with Scott because I was happy in myself when I met him. Now I say to people, you’re 罰金 as you are. I’m not 説 eat chicken nuggets all day, but health isn’t やむを得ず about having a six-pack.?
I hope I show on the BBC’s 巡礼の旅 [in which people of different 約束s and beliefs walk in the footsteps of a 6th-century 修道士 across Ireland and Scotland] that just because you are a 確かな 形態/調整, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it. I was with Will [Bayley, the Paralympian] and Monty [Panesar, the cricketer] who are 最高の-fit, and yet いつかs I was 主要な the pack.?
I still have days where I have a wobble over my looks, but it passes. And trolls have no 力/強力にする over me.?
When you 許す yourself to be happy, you become invincible.
