Linda Robson was nearly scammed by a fraudster pretending to be her daughter - but was saved by the fact that she didn't know her own bank 詳細(に述べる)s.
Speaking on Loose Women today, the 討論者/講師, 64, 明らかにする/漏らすd that she was recently 的d with a 納得させるing text thought to be fooling dozens across the UK.
The actress 収容する/認めるs she 'definitely thought' it was her daughter from the トン of the message, which read: 'Mum I accidentally dropped my phone 負かす/撃墜する the 洗面所 earlier.
'The SIM card is water 損失d, this is my new number, text me 支援する if you got this message.'
Linda explained that she couldn't reach her 'daughter' by phone, but was 納得させるd of her 身元 because the texts were phrased?'正確に/まさに how we would speak'.
Later, Linda received more messages from the ペテン師 - this time asking if she knew 'how to reset a number to online banking'.
The television 星/主役にする すぐに grew 怪しげな.
'I don't have my bank 詳細(に述べる)s,' she explained. 'I get pocket money on a Monday and a Friday because I spend all my money so I don't even know my bank 詳細(に述べる)s.'
'That don't sound 権利,' she thought, and to 確認する the mystery messenger's 身元, asked the sender what the family dog's 指名する was.
The scammer (wrongly) said Milo instead of Dolly, and the gig was up.?

The 64-year-old actress told Loose Women that a couple of years ago, she got a call which (機の)カム up as Barclays on her phone.

The fraudster then said they sent her a code - which she was? asked to 確認する to a 偽の 安全 手段 - and explained that they'd then be able to stop the 処理/取引.

Judi told the scammer that she'd call 支援する, 原因(となる)ing him to panic, which その上の raised alarm bells.
