How to... 燃やす off those 復活祭 egg calories

With the bikini season on the not-too-distant horizon, what's the best way to banish those extra calories? Fitness 専門家 JANEY HOLLIDAY shows you how.

1 The fastest way to get rid of that chocolate egg is to run at a constant 速度(を上げる) of 7mph (an 8.5-minute mile) for an hour. Of course, you'll need to have a pretty good level of fitness already ーするために 達成する this.

Dropping your 速度(を上げる) to 5mph (or a 12-minute mile) means you'll need to run for about an hour and 20 minutes. Either way, that's a lot of running.

Think 小旅行する de フラン? -? 始める,決める a punishing pace, 追加する some hill climbs and flat sprints? -? and you'll say goodbye to a whopping 950 calories an hour. If you're too weak-willed to 始める,決める your own pace, try a spinning class. You could 燃やす about 800 calories an hour.

5 Although a stroll doesn't sound like a 広大な/多数の/重要な way to expend energy, there are ways to make walking more 効果的な, helping you 燃やす calories in いっそう少なく time. Walking at 3mph (20-min mile) 燃やすs only 300 calories an hour but 引き上げ(る)ing 上りの/困難な at the same pace 燃やすs around 425 calories an hour.

10 If you just can't 動機づける yourself to get 負かす/撃墜する to the gym, dive into the pool, 取り組む 家事 or children's games, try having an 早期に night with your partner: kissing 燃やすs anywhere between 50 and 100 calories an hour, depending how 熱烈な you are, while 穏健な to vigourous 性の activity can 燃やす up to 400 calories an hour.?
