The creators behind the heartwarming Christmas advert from Charlie's 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 in Northern Ireland have opened up about loneliness around the festive period.?

Good Morning Britain hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley 招待するd the creators, 含むing the 星/主役にする ツバメ McManus, and landlady Una 燃やすs, on the show earlier this morning.

The ビデオ, from Charlie's 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業 in Enniskillen, 郡 Fermanagh, tells the tale of a lonely older gentleman who finds company in two 肉親,親類d strangers after their adorable dog brings them together.

Talking to the hosts, Una 明らかにする/漏らすd that the touching message is based on the reality of Christmas at the pub, 説: 'Unfortunately Christmas isn't a happy time for everybody.'

Echoing a 類似の 感情, ツバメ, a 地元の actor who met Una through a friend, agreed: ' I think it's very important that people look out for the 年輩の and the lonely.'

Una continued: 'The idea really (機の)カム from what I'm used to seeing over the years, 特に around the festive season, and unfortunately Christmas isn't a happy time for everybody.

'I suppose most of us have been touched by grief unfortunately, and we 手配中の,お尋ね者 to portray that while also getting across the essence of Charlie's.'

She 追加するd: 'Me and my father do it [the Christmas 転換] 普通は and you see a 範囲 of people in here… it's one of my favourite 転換s of the year.'

'I'm used to doing amateur 演劇, more localised. Certainly not on a 全世界の 規模,' ツバメ said.

But the 地元の actor didn't 逸脱する away from the emotional message behind the advert.

He said: 'I think it's very important people keep an 注目する,もくろむ out for the 年輩の and the lonely. And it's not just the 年輩の that's lonely.'

He 追加するd, '[Loneliness] is やめる 誇張するd at the festive season because there's so many people. It's a sad time for memories. 特に if you're living on your own now.'

Richard asked the pair whether they needed to do 非常に/多数の takes to get the dog to sit next to ツバメ in the 広告. Megan Daley said, 'No, it was only a couple of 扱う/治療するs and 少しの bit of swaying to get her up.'

Alex Middlemass joked: 'It was harder to get her out of bed this morning!'

The emotional advert, which has stolen hearts, begins?with a 発射 of an 年輩の man walking to the 共同墓地 to visit a 墓/厳粛/彫る/重大な, where he has a reflective moment while putting some flowers 負かす/撃墜する.

We can then see him walking along the road, hoping for a friendly 直面する or a 雑談(する), only to be 解任するd in the busy clamour of people immersed in their own lives.

A young couple with a dog then walk past, only to see their pooch enticed by a pub on the street - Charlie's 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業.

They decide to go in, and 持つ/拘留する the door open for the old man - who 喜んで 受託するs and enters the cosy watering 穴を開ける.

He sits 負かす/撃墜する on his own to enjoy a pint of Guinness, while the pair fro m earlier get some drinks at the 妨げる/法廷,弁護士業.

He welcomes the enthusiastic company, petting the dog as it lets it sit next to him.

The couple, delighted by their friendly pet, ask if they can sit with the man - to which he readily agrees, and the trio enjoy a cheerful conversation together.
