This Morning hosts have 審議d whether it's 許容できる to 蓄える／店 luggage on seats when travelling after train guards made empty 脅しs to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 顧客s for doing so.

Talking on the ITV show, hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary 招待するd former British MP?Gyles Brandreth and Isla Traquair?to discuss the 論争.

It comes as 顧客s have 報告（する）／憶測d that rail 労働者s are 問題／発行するing 警告s to 乗客s who put their luggage on seats during 頂点（に達する） times when trains are busy.

But for Gyles, author and former MP, 占領するing the nearby seat with luggage is a form of '保護するing your space'.

指導基準s 明言する／公表する that rail 会社／堅いs can 制限する 乗客s to three pieces of luggage under the 国家の Rail 条件s of Travel.

Travel 操作者s may 徴収する 料金s for putting 捕らえる、獲得するs on 議長，司会を務めるs, having more than three pieces on board or carrying luggage that is larger than one metre in any dimension.

However, rail 会社／堅いs say that they do not 定期的に 施行する 罰金s for this and instead the 脅しs are a 手段 to 阻止する 乗客s from bad behaviour.

GWR cheekily replied on X that 'Seats are for bums.'

A 乗客 on a Stansted 表明する train said: 'On the train to London and having to stand because half the seats are taken up by baggage. 事例／患者s seem to have 優先 over 乗客s.'
