Working it out: What to wear - and what to 避ける - at the gym (take 公式文書，認める, Ellen Pompeo)

We 率 - and hate - the 星／主役にするs' workout wardrobes, and 明らかにする／漏らす what their choice of gym 道具 says about them...

For most of us, gym-wear consists of old T-shirts and whatever comfortable jogging 底（に届く）s are closest to 手渡す.

But if you are a celebrity, every workout is a photo-適切な時期, and a chance to show off that personal trainer-honed bod.

This was true of Ellen Pompeo when she stepped out in a bold Stella McCartney for Adidas jumpsuit last week. The cobwebbed 立ち往生させるs of purple jersey didn't even 許す for a sports bra, leaving little to the imagination.

She followed it a few days later with 有望な red leggings from the same label, 証明するing she's not shy of 法廷，裁判所ing attention when it comes to her workout-wear.

Most other 星／主役にするs favour a more monochrome palette for the gym, though clingy leggings and tight Lycra 最高の，を越すs are still de rigueur.

While Molly Sims's outfit made いっそう少なく of a 声明, she made sure we could see how hard she'd been working out by choosing a cropped tee that 明らかにする／漏らすd her midriff.

And Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, Nicole, who is 明確に proud of her impressively-トンd abs are after having five children, 限界s her workout wardrobe to a skimpy pair of shorts and a sports bra.

Gisele, who, let's 直面する it, would look good in anything, favours 人物／姿／数字-hugging 黒人／ボイコット, with Fame-style legwarmers, as does Mila Kunis, who keeps her ballerina's 団体／死体 in check wearing a 黒人／ボイコット Adidas zip-up and plain white tee.

If you are Kim Kardashian, of course, going to the gym is still an 適切な時期 to look fashion 今後, and last week she took the Seventies look from the catwalk to the treadmill in a tie-dye T-shirt.

Miley Cyrus, on the other 手渡す, appears keen to 陳列する，発揮する her music 信任状 - her workout wear 含むs a T-shirt 尊敬の印 to Joan Jett. The 星／主役にする's 厚い sweats did little to flatter her でっちあげる，人を罪に陥れる though - a choice definitely made for 慰安 rather than style.

Of course 従犯者s 事柄 as much as the 着せる／賦与するing, and for the celebrity community, only the 最新の It 捕らえる、獲得する will do when it comes to carrying your 道具.

Kim Kardashian carries her clean towels in a $7,000 Hermes Birkin, while Nicole Richie uses an old Balenciaga 捕らえる、獲得する - 価値（がある） around $1,500. Gisele carries a $1,500 Alexander Wang number and Jessica Simpson uses a Louis Vuitton duffle.

There are occasionally celebrities that 落ちる short of the 示す though. Though Jessica Simpson loves her sweats so much, she has 認める to wanting to get married in them, her oversized hoodie 溺死するs her petite でっちあげる，人を罪に陥れる.

Brit 星／主役にするs Emily Blunt and Kelly Brook also need to 形態／調整 up when it comes to dressing for the gym.

Devil Wears Prada actress 行方不明になる Blunt was almost there with her 層d tees and eco-friendly water canister - so surely she can make the 成果／努力 to 取って代わる her old leggings when they get 穴を開けるs in them?

And 行方不明になる Brook was so busy 促進するing her Reebok trainers, she failed to notice that her leggings were thinning at the 支援する.

A gym 道具 doesn't need to be bl ack to be 安全な - dove grey looks fresh for summer and will work 井戸／弁護士席 with the 半端物 flash of colour.

And anything from Adidas by Stella McCartney will make fellow gym-goers green with envy - as long as you steer （疑いを）晴らす of Ms Pompeo's daring jumpsuit.

Her palette of pastels and nudes is bang on 傾向.

珊瑚 is also a hot hue for spring, and we love that it's the newest shade for Reebok's EasyTone trainers? - almost as much as the fact that they 約束 to トン your 脚s while you work out.

And as for the designer gym 捕らえる、獲得するs, they just look 半端物 with sweats and Lycra. A better choice would be something chic in canvas, such as Anya Hindmarch's Gym 道具 こども, which 耐えるs a darling 製図／抽選 of a skip rope.
