Will ビタミン 注射s 害（を与える） my baby?

Dear Danny, I have recently fallen 妊娠している (hooray!) and I was wondering how my pernicious anaemia will 影響する／感情 my pregnancy.

I have ビタミン B12 注射s every three months. Will these high levels of ビタミンs 害（を与える） my baby?

Is there anything else I should be doing to 確実にする a healthy pregnancy? Many thanks for your time.
