Is it 安全な for my son to work out?

My 14-year-old son is getting very 関心d with his 団体/死体 image.

He eats very 井戸/弁護士席 - lots of fruit and veggies - but is 関心d that his muscles are not big enough.

I keep telling him he will fill out as he gets older but he is starting to do more 団体/死体-building type of 演習s.

He's asked for a 始める,決める of 負わせるs for Christmas too. I am pleased he is taking an 利益/興味 in his 外見, but is this 押し進めるing things too far?

I'm starting to worry. Please help.
