Can I 登録（する） at any doctors' 外科?

Dear Dr Bendefy, we have just moved house and I have recently been to get my family 登録（する）d at the 地元の doctors.

The problem is my little girl hates the new doctor! She 辞退するs to talk to him or answer his questions.

Is there any way I can 登録（する） at a different 外科 or am I stuck with one nearest to me? How do I go about finding this out? Thank you very much.
