An Essex mother has credited TOWIE 星/主役にする Lauren Goodger for 奮起させるing her to lose four 石/投石する in just over three months.

Tess Giddings, 24, who slimmed 負かす/撃墜する from a size 18 to a 10, 明らかにする/漏らすs that watching the reality TV 星/主役にする shed the 続けざまに猛撃するs on the popular ITV2 show spurred her on to change her diet.

‘The Only Way is Essex was my favourite thing on telly - all the girls look so glamorous, I’d never dream I could look like them in a million years,’ says Tess.

‘I’d tried every diet under the sun, but nothing worked, and I never had any energy to do anything - I just sat around in 前線 of the TV all day.

‘I read in a celeb magazine about a diet that Lauren Goodger had been on, and she looked 広大な/多数の/重要な.'

Tess decided she needed to make a change after overhearing her son Jacob complain about her 欠如(する) of energy to her 32-year-old husband Chris.

‘I threw out all of my old 着せる/賦与するs and realised everything was 黒人/ボイコット and grey - now I love wearing brightly coloured, sexy 着せる/賦与するs,' she says.

‘I can shop for 着せる/賦与するs I like, rather than ones that are slimming.

‘I’m just so glad that Lauren gave me the thinspiration I needed to change my life!’
