Watch out, Samantha Cameron and Miriam Clegg! Justine Miliband is now a serious 競争相手 in the political wife style 火刑／賭けるs

Her glossy looks, 平易な charm and flawless style (not to について言及する those trusty nude LK Bennett heels) have 誘発するd an adulatory 返答 from women around the country.

And there has been a 急ぐ on the dresses she's been pictured in.

But no, this isn't the Duchess of Cambridge at a public event with her posse of minders and stylists.

It is, in fact, the most ありそうもない of new style icons: Justine Miliband at last week's 労働 会議／協議会.

Gone is the mousy women who followed husband Ed around li ke a silent 影をつくる／尾行する.

And in her place is a polished pretender to PM's wife - and a serious 競争相手 to glamorous Samantha Cameron and Miriam Clegg.

So how on earth did 42-year-old barrister Justine pull it off? Here, we look at the secrets behind her 素晴らしい new look....

THE STYLE

As she sashayed into the 労働 会議／協議会 wearing £165 LK Bennett heels and a crimson dress with a daring 削除する at the decolletage, Justine certainly raised eyebrows の中で the 委任する／代表s.

And if this fashion 声明, from QVC 範囲 WithSleeves, wasn't enough, the に引き続いて day she impressed with a youthful £295 Joseph dress and a little 黒人／ボイコット frock for the evening.

Style commentators on Twitter went wild, 説 the 42-year-old looked 'very sassy', 'glamorous' and 'like a different women'.

以前 only seen in baggy coats and unflattering trouser-控訴s, the look was a 過激な 出発 for Justine ― and all the work of one woman, Lesley Ebbetts.

A fashion 新聞記者／雑誌記者 and the former partner of the late Countdown host Richard Whiteley, it was Lesley who designed the slinky red dress, on sale for just £48.

QVC are now 急ぐing its 解放（する） date 今後 a month to 22 October after frenzied enquiries from women around the country - and Justine is such a fan of the 範囲 that she also owns a white lace dress from the 近づいている collection that wouldn't look out of place on the Duchess of Cambridge.

Along with her work as a desi gner, Lesley also appears on This Morning, and recently wrote a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of fashion 'dos and don'ts' for older women, 示唆するing they 投資する in 'lacy, colourful and 望ましい' underwear, define their waists and to 'resist anything that 持つ／拘留するs you 堅固に all the way around if you are eating'.

THE BODY

Before her 変形, 42-year-old Justine looked like so many other new mothers.After giving birth to Daniel in 2009 and Samuel in 2010, she had lost her 人物／姿／数字 and looked frumpy and uncomfortable in her own 肌, cringing away from cameras at Party events and when spotted in the street with her husband.

But just look her now, two years after giving birth to Samuel. Lean, taut and 確信して, she has a 団体／死体 any woman would be proud of.

'She's an inspiration ― and shows that once you're in the 権利 mindset, anything really is possible.'

THE HAIR

Justine's hair is very 罰金 in texture, meaning without styling it 落ちるs flat in an unflattering way. 罰金 hair can be occur 自然に or can be せいにするd to 強調する／ストレス, pregnancy, hormone levels or 医薬.

Celebrity hairdresser 示す Hill says: 'Justine used to go for a very short style which only 強調するd the 罰金 texture. Now, with just a little bit more length, her hair appears 厚い and she has more styling 選択s, as seen with her curls at the 会議／協議会.

'She also now has flattering honey-トンd 最高潮の場面s that bring out her blue 注目する，もくろむs and liven up her natural colour.

'The best way to style 罰金 hair is by using a volumising mousse or thickening spray, these 増加する 容積／容量 on flat or very 罰金 hair by swelling the hair 軸.

'罰金 hair will need touch up also in between shampoos to 持続する 容積／容量, so keep some Velcro rollers on 手渡す. Just pop them into your hair, spray with hairspray and 爆破 with your dryer to 始める，決める. 小衝突 through using a wide-tooth 徹底的に捜す or your fingers.'

THE MAKE-UP

When she stepped out last week, party members were astonished that low-重要な Justine appeared to have finally embraced make-up.

Even on her wedding day last year, when she sparkled in an embellished Alice Temperley dress, her 注目する，もくろむs and lips remained muted.

While Miriam Clegg and Samantha Cameron look flawless even on the school run, Justine has been snapped looking pasty and washed-out, with 深い under-注目する，もくろむ circles and uneven 肌.

Make-up artist Julia Bolino says: 'Whoever has done her make-up for the 会議／協議会 has been very artful ― she looks a １０年間 younger! Her brows have been 形態／調整d, and かもしれない 色合いd, while a light 創立／基礎 and blusher give her a radiant, youthful glow ― brilliant to hide a ny tiredness from 注ぐing over your husband's speeches.

'A creamy grey eyeshadow ― かもしれない Knight Divine by Mac (£12, maccosmetics.co.uk) ― brings out her 注目する，もくろむs, as does subtle 黒人／ボイコット liner and several coats of mascara.

'Best of all, she's defined her lips with liner and gloss ― they look twice the size. The colour of the lips fade as we get older, so it's extra important to really make sure that you keep them looking 十分な.'

HER POISE

A 最高の，を越す barrister, Justine is used to 現在のing herself to （弁護士の）依頼人s and at 法廷，裁判所.

Yet on political occasions, she has 以前 消えるd into the background or looked profoundly uncomfortable.
