A Californian Gucci-wearing fashionista has 明らかにする／漏らすd how she transformed into a real-life ‘軍人 Princess’ after joining the Maasai tribe - by drinking the fresh 血 of a goat.

Mindy Budgor became the first woman to become a 軍人 of the Kenyan tribe by 熟考する／考慮するing ‘the ways of the lion’ until she became like one of them.

Over three months in the wilderness she learned how throw a spear, went without food for days on end and 脅すd off a hyena with her 軍人 詠唱する.

At the end of it she became the first woman ‘moran’, the Maasai word for 軍人 - and opened the door for other women in the tribe to follow her.

Mindy left behind her life of 特権 and 高級な at her family’s beach house in S anta Barbara, California, to 完全にする her 奮起させるing 追求（する），探索（する） to find her true self and encourage other women to follow her example.

But at all times she did 許す herself one 高級な that never left her 味方する even when she was in the ジャングル - her Chanel Red Dragon nail polish.

In her 調書をとる／予約する, called ‘軍人 Princess’, which is out now, Mindy tells how became enchanted with the Maasai in 2009 on a trip to help build a clinic in the village of Mulot.

支援する in California she 雇うd a personal trainer for a month to get fit and went 支援する to Keyna on a 使節団 to become a 軍人 with friend Becca Bergman in 牽引する.

They are 半分-nomadic, the men go for walkabouts which last for months leaving behind their wives and children.

Mindy, by very stark contrast was a self-自白するd ‘ユダヤ人の Princess’ who was more at home on Rodeo 運動 than the countryside.Their homes are made of mud, sticks, grass, cow dung, human urine and ash and typically house a family of seven. It is 受託するd for men to sleep with any woman around their own age.

As part of her training she was asked to 窒息させる a goat but she is unable to finish it off.

Mindy 令状s: ‘The 血 was still warm as it slid 負かす／撃墜する my throat. I furrowed my brow, curled my toes, clenched my butt, and continued to drink, while 持つ／拘留するing 支援する the vomit.

‘It took every ounce of my 存在 to 持つ／拘留する 支援する the 血まみれの throw-up.?It felt like drinking warm whole milk, which I’ve always 辞退するd to do not only because of the obscene 量 of calories - but also because I have always had an aversion to 厚い liquid 実体s’.

She couldn't stop herself and fell to her 膝s, buried her 直面する in the tall grass and vomited it 支援する up again.

Later, when her 軍人 training is 完全にする, she managed to keep 負かす／撃墜する the ‘bold, salty and metallic’ ooze.

As she lay on her bed of leaves at the end of day one, Mindy 猛烈に 手配中の，お尋ね者 to send some emails and 令状s 草案s on her Blackberry even though she didn’t have a phone signal.

Mindy 令状s: ‘I 叫び声をあげるd as the snorting, slobbering, 激怒（する）ing buffalo 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d in my direction. Then Lanet’s (one of the Maasai) teaching replayed itself in my 長，率いる: "If the enemy is stronger than you, you must attack first", and that is what I did.

‘Grunting and howling and with a quick request to the 力／強力にするs above, I 解放（する）d my spear. As it ロケット／急騰するd through the 空気／公表する the other Maasai 解放（する）d their spears but mind landed first, on the very 辛勝する／優位 of the buffalo’s 権利 butt cheek’.

Her spear did little 損失 but her bravery won the 尊敬（する）・点 of the other Maasai, who killed the buffalo.

肉親，親類: As a 軍人, Mindy has 誓約（する）d to return to her fellow tribesmen in the event of war, sing and dance at all weddings and 保護する the community if there is an animal 侵略

Lanet, who could speak English, also taught her how to 跡をつける different animals based on their paw prints and their poop.

Mindy 強いるd by putting her finger into some fresh lion dung even though it was the ‘most 反乱ing thing I have ever done’.

Mindy never やめる forgot herself though - during one 潜在的に life 脅すing 遭遇（する） with two hippos she climbed up a tree and used some tweezers to prune her eyebrows.

And during 静かな moments she painted and repainted her toe nails with the Chanel nail polish.

But come the end of her time in the wild she did enough to be 公式に 栄冠を与えるd a moran, by the Ilaisarr people, or rhino 一族／派閥, something no woman has ever done.

Their final 受託 （機の）カム at a wedding 祝賀 where she was challenged by a male 軍人 who stood eyeball-to-eyeball with her.

Mindy 令状s: ‘All of a sudden he took his 注目する，もくろむs off 地雷, whipped his 長，率いる around and smacked me （疑いを）晴らす across the 直面する with his greasy ochred braids.

‘My 注目する，もくろむs bulged, not able to 抑制する my surprise. A （人が）群がる formed around us. Was I supposed to 非難する him with my 手渡す? Punch him in the nose??
